Spinach Powder is the product obtained by carefully collecting fresh spinach from our contracted farmers, drying it in our ovens on our production line and turning it into powder, completely without any additives.

To obtain 1 kg of dry spinach powder from the spinach plant, which is approximately 90% water, approximately 12 kg of fresh spinach must go through the drying process.

Spinach powder, which is rich in vitamins A, B, C and K, is also a very rich food source in terms of manganese, magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium and folate.
