We are proud to present you this snack, which is unique in Türkiye and produced from melons grown from heirloom seeds in the fields irrigated with the crystal rivers of Gezin and Kuyulu districts of Elazığ.

Dried melon is a food that has had almost all of its water content removed by drying methods. During the drying process, the fresh fruit shrinks, leaving an energy-dense dried fruit. Dried melon is rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. It is also high in phenolic antioxidants, which have many health benefits.

There is about 1 gram of fiber in 100 grams of melon. It is rich in beta carotene, which can be converted into vitamin A when it enters the body, and also contains B vitamins, vitamin C, folic acid and the minerals iron, copper, magnesium, potassium and sodium.
