Fresh orange peel is dried in our state-of-the-art ovens and then ground in specially contracted mills without touching to obtain orange peel powder. Fresh orange peel contains 80% water before drying. An average of 5 kg of fresh orange peel yields 1 kg of dried orange peel. Dried Orange Peel can also be sold in 2-5 mm pieces.

Orange peel contains high amounts of provitamin A, folate, riboflavin, thiamine, vitamin B6 and calcium, as well as high fiber and vitamin C.
