Dried garlic is a powdered product that is produced using natural fresh garlic and is dried as a result of production. Fresh garlic contains 80% water before the drying process. With the drying process, the amount of water in the dried fresh product is reduced to very low values. Approximately 1 kg of dry garlic powder is obtained from 5 kg of fresh garlic. As a result of drying, the nutritional values ​​of dry garlic powder, especially carbohydrates, vitamins, proteins and aroma values, are higher than fresh ones.

Local Garlic Powder contains vitamin C, vitamin B6, iron, calcium, protein, magnesium, sodium, dietary fiber and carbohydrates in the form of sugar. Although the concentration of these nutrients is less than fresh garlic, it also contains many antioxidants and organic compounds such as allicin that can benefit your health.
