What is Organic Acai Powder and How is it Produced?

Naturally grown in the Brazilian Amazon forests, the acai fruit is washed and then cooled to -40 degrees. The acai fruit is gradually heated to evaporate its water and is then ground and packaged without any additives or preservatives. Approximately 20 kg of fresh acai fruit is used to obtain 1 kg of acai powder.
