We have collected horum mulberries, which are heirloom seeds that grow naturally in the Çemişgezek district of Tunceli, for you. Not every black mulberry is a horum mulberry. While the average black mulberry tree produces 70-80 kg of product, horum mulberry only produces 3-4 kg and is collected by hand one by one.

Dried fruit is a food that has had almost all of its water content removed by drying methods. During the drying process, the fresh fruit shrinks, leaving an energy-dense dried fruit. Dried fruit is rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. It is also high in phenolic antioxidants, which have many health benefits.

Fresh mulberries contain about 10% carbohydrates in the form of simple sugars, starch, and soluble and insoluble fibers. They are very high in water at 88% and low in calories. Dried black mulberries contain 70% carbohydrates, 14% fiber, 12% protein, and 3% fat. Mulberries contain high amounts of both iron and vitamin C, as well as moderate amounts of potassium and vitamins E and K.
