Granola with Dried Fruits

Kuru Meyveli Granola

Materials

  • 2 cups of oatmeal

  • 1 cup mixed dried fruit (dried strawberries, dried black mulberries, etc.)

  • ½ cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)

  • 3 tablespoons of honey or molasses

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

How to make

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until evenly distributed. Then spread the mixture on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20-25 minutes. After waiting for it to cool, you can store your dried fruit granola by breaking it into pieces.
