Quinoa Cheese Mini Meatballs – High Protein

Materials:

  • 1 cup boiled quinoa

  • ½ cup cottage cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 1 pinch of parsley

  • Salt, chili pepper

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and form into small balls.

  2. Arrange them at equal intervals on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  3. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
