Materials:

1 cup almond flour or oat flour

½ cup ground pistachios

1 egg

3 tablespoons of coconut oil

2 tablespoons date pulp or agave syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients and obtain a soft dough.

Break off walnut-sized pieces and shape them.

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake in the oven at 170°C for 12-15 minutes.
